Birding on Maui

Resources for Birders and Conservation Enthusiasts

Birding on Maui

Maui Forest Bird Recovery Project is a research and management organization that focuses on recovering native forest bird species and their habitats. We study birds in the wild and implement recovery initiatives to promote their survival and reproduction. This includes restoring native forests and controlling invasive species.

Thus, we do NOT lead birding tours, but we can provide some suggestions on where to go or companies to contact.
